SC-DX Clean Enclosure

The Clean Enclosure has been developed for all models of SC-DX ultraclean automated systems. Two types of enclosures are available to fit each model of the SC-DX automated system:

The passive enclosure helps maintain sample integrity while samples await analysis by ensuring no airborne contamination from the laboratory atmosphere reaches the samples.

• Clear acrylic and polycarbonate construction, provides sturdy protection to the SC-DX

• Covers only the sample platform allowing access to autosampler controls

• Large door openings allow easy access to samples at all times

ULPA Filtered SC-DX Clean Enclosure

The actively filtered ULPA Clean Enclosure is available for environments where the highest degree of clean air must be maintained. ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filter technology removes 99.999% of airborne particles as small as 0.12 micron. Compared to a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter which removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.

• Two airflow speed settings provide an airflow up to 1 cubic meter per minute.

• Filter has a 5 year lifetime if situated in a clean room (1 year lifetime in non-clean room environments.)
